Beyond Everyday Expectations

Did a student worker spend extra time on the phone to help a caller? Did they come up with a great idea? Did they finish a big project? There are so many ways a student worker can go above and beyond what is expected of them!

The person recognizing the student worker's name and contact information, the student's name and contact information, and a short comment area discussing how the student has gone Beyond Everyday Expectations and why they deserve this award.

They will receive a certificate and a BEE Award Mug.

A member of Career & Employment Services will present their award and gift.

If the student is willing, we will take their picture and honor them on our social media plaforms and TV monitors across campus and in our semester newsletter, The Hive Connection.

Every student who is recognized will be celebrated at least once throughout the year.

Technically yes, anyone can access the form online. We feel the most important part of this award is highlighting the great work that students are doing versus managing who is recognizing them. So we feel if someone is taking the time to fill out the recognition form, we want to honor that recognition.
