Follow these steps to review your automatically migrated courses, which should be any for-credit courses from Spring 2021 to Spring 2025 (though Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 haven't been loaded in yet). Remember, these migrated courses are used solely for the development of your course materials and will not be accessible to students, nor do they contain any student data or records. Those things have been archived separately.

If you find any errors in your automatically migrated courses, or any of your courses are missing, please reach out to us first. We will typically be able to rapidly fix issues for you, since we have tools that make these things easier.

You can reach us by phone at (406)657-2112, email us at msubonline@msubillings.edu, , or stop on by our two locations: University Campus COE 328, and City College Tech B001.

Step 1: Getting Into Canvas

Get yourself to the .

Currently, you will use your 麻花影视 email to log in, NOT your NetID.

Step 2: Navigate to your Course

1. When you log in, you will be in your Canvas Dashboard.

2. Select the desired course by clicking on the course card. If you can't find a course card, make sure you check the Courses tab on the left.

Note: Your course may be in the All Courses button at the top of your course list.

Note 2 (Revenge of the Subscript): Depending on where we are in the migration schedule, you may not see all your courses right away. All for-credit courses that will be migrated for you will appear by July 2025.

Step 3: Review your Migrated Content

Although we've cleaned up courses and done all we can to make the process as painless as possible, sometimes things get missed. There were thousands of courses to migrate over, after all, and, despite persistent rumors, we are not perfect. Please review your content following our handy-dandy Post-Migration Checlist below.
