We've been migrating to Canvas during the 2024-25 academic year

If you're reading this, congratulations, we are now solely using Canvas for learning and teaching, although instructors do still have access til the end of June.

In other words: no D2L at all after June 30th, 2025.

Finish this transition strong with this helpful guide.

Special Note: We are archiving ALL old courses, including things like student records, to comply with all relevant laws. That archive is being finished, and access measures will be communicated in the future.

Content from these semesters: Will be available in Canvas by:
Spring 2021 – Spring 2024 December 2024 (Done!)
Summer & Fall 2024 April 2025 (Done!)
Spring 2025 July 2025 (Done!)

Automatic Migration Schedule

We have now migrated all credit-bearing academic courses from Spring 2021 through Spring 2025 to Canvas.

That's right. You don't need to lift a finger; we've got you covered.

While courses have been automatically migrated, you may still need to do some edits to make the course look and feel the way you want it to. Learn how by clicking the button below.

How to review and edit automatically migrated courses

Make sure you're done with your review by June 30, because after that point, there will be little we can do to recover old content.

Courses Not Included in Automatic Migration

We will not automatically migrate:

  • Academic courses prior to Spring 2021 (though they will be archived)
  • Development courses
  • Non-credit courses

For those looking for an in-depth guide on how to migrate yourself, you can use our brand-new Self-paced Migration Tutorial at the link below, or check out our upcoming Course Transfer Workshops on our workshops page.
